2022 Technology and Analytics Management Trainee Intern Program Overview

Technology and Analytics Management Trainee program is designed with the aim to attract and develop young graduates with high technical potential and outstanding learning agility to be our future technical leaders.

Talents in our TMT Program will have the great opportunities to experience and witness the digital transformation journey at Budweiser APAC by applying leading technology and analytics to engage our business partners and consumers, transform the business operation model, re-design E2E architecture and platform from Commercial, Procurement, Supply to Logistics across the board.

We convert TMTs from our TMT interns. We will extend full-time TMT offers to TMT Interns who have successfully completed the TMT Internship and passed all assessments.

We will offer internship opportunity in the following areas:

-Data Science (Recommender System, Forecasting, NLP, Computer Vision)

-Bud Tech (Developer, Testing, Platform, Vue, React, Spring Cloud)

-Product (UI, UE)

-TechOps (Architect, Infostructure, Cyber & Security, Project Management)

-Capability Center (Digital Operation, Digitalization Engineering, Control & Command Tower, Supply Chain & Logistics Visualization, Planning, Business Analytics )

 

Qualifications:

• Ph.D/Master/Bachelor’s candidates to be graduated in 2023
• Tech Intern: Majoring in Computer relevant areas, include but not limited in Computer Science/ information technology / Mathematics/ Physics / Statistics / Software Engineering, etc.; Non-Tech Intern: No major limit.
• Have strong curiosity in keep learning leading technology
• Fluent in Chinese and English
• Ambitious and self-driven
• Adaptive, comfortable with ambiguity
• Legally authorized to work in China
• Strong mobility flexibility
